    I try not to think of it as me being heavier (which I most definitely am), I prefer to think of it being my arms that are weaker :rotfl: :rotfl:

    sadly the truth is that in my case both are true - would be a little worrying if I still weighed the same as a skinny 8 year old but I need to get back to the gym as I have trouble lifting anything heavier than a glass of wine.:o

    sadly the truth is that in my case both are true - would be a little worrying if I still weighed the same as a skinny 8 year old but I need to get back to the gym as I have trouble lifting anything heavier than a glass of wine.:o

    Try slowly increasing the size of your wine glass ;) :beer:

    I havent exactly started the letter yet - have copied the address into a word document, and pasted Zed's advice from earlier so I can find it, but that's about it so far :o
