Anyone booked with A1-Travel?

I've found a good holiday with them ( advertised on teletext website) but have never heard of them before and just wondered if anyone had experiences with them?

We've booked flights with them before and it was absolutely fine.0 -

we booked with them and then couldnt go because of the volcanic ash, they have been NO HELP what so ever. Although they take the full amount of your holiday they take it in two transactions without telling you, the flights and then the accomodation and as in our case your holiday is cancelled, they do nothing to help. Easy jet refunded us the flights but no one will take responsibility for the accommodation as because there were two transactions it cannot be classed as a package holiday.
I certainly would never book through them again. They are sneaky!0
