Using Credit Card for overseas purchase

Hi,
Had a quick look but can't see anything about this.
I am purchasing my wedding dress online from a US site and having it sent to a US address my aunt owns. I f I pay using my Halifax credit card will I be charged a fee or just an exchange rate?
Also, does anyone know if I will be ok to put the billing address in the US as the site doesn't allow UK billing address and US edelivery address?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I think you will find they charge 2.75% commission.
Only cards I know that dont are the PostOffice card, and Nationwide
