Costs for a new wall

Hi

We have an old wooden fence 30 ft long which we are looking to replace with a small wall.

Our neighbours garden is about 2ft higher on their side(this is pushing on the fence making it unstable). We are looking to build the wall 2ft high on our side and then use concrete posts and then use trellising in between.

I would like to know if someone can give me a ball park figure of what I should be looking at as a bill.

Why not use concrete posts and gravel boards.

I cannot help with costs but suggest a local builder might be able to help.
