0% balance transfer help please

Hi i have got a CC with natwest bank which had the 0% interest for 9 months, it has just ran out so i was going to do a balace transfer and applied for a capital one card but got a reply back today saying my credit score was too low for them to accept me, anywhere else to try? the ammount isnt that large £500 but i dont want really to be paying fees to swap over really.
any help appreciated

You could try Ulster Bank, they've got a 0% interest for 6 months with 0% fee. Not a long time, but no fee.
You should make a note in your diary or some other reminder so that you've got another card lined up before the 0% period runs out, presumably now you've got interest being charged and you'd have to transfer slightly more than your balance to cover residual interest."A child of five could understand this. True true, keep forgetting not everyone has an Egg Money card up their sleeve:)
If they're looking for a direct transfer, I'd point them to the Virgin Money card - not fee free, but the longer 0% period, SBT facilty and easy repayments make it attractive. And if accepted, almost certain to get more than £ 500 credit limit. Don't know anybody first hand who's been refused one yet."A child of five could understand this.
