If you can play R1 DVDs, you could order it from Amazon US for about £26.00 delivered (plus any import taxes that may apply).

Thanks for this. He would prefer a R2 DVD....but what the heck, it will complete the set. And even better, I'll get my brother (who is a USA citizen) to buy it and bring it over when he visits at the end of September.:j

You won't find a cheap region 2 Fellowship of the Ring Gift Set.... not unless the seller is not aware of it's value. They are not in production any more and have not been for some time and are rare. Just before Christmas they were reaching almost £100 on Ebay... I know because I was keeping track of the prices as I have a sealed one and was thinking of selling it - it's worth too much to open and watch so may as well sell it.

If you want cheap then I think you will have to go Region 1.
