High pressure cleaning of block paving. Fair quote?

I've had a quote of £230 to clean and resand approx 80 sq m of brick block paving & about 3 sq m of a low soil retaining wall.

The patio is in a sad state with the bricks darkly coloured with surface grime and green lichen growth (they were originally a light red) plus moss and small weeds growing between them.

The guy quoting reckons to use state of the art rotary cleaners which don't blast sand out from between and beneath the bricks. His website photos (including some taken half way through a job showing before and after) indicate a high quality of work.

Is this a fair price? I live in Herts. I've tried using my own small machine but to little effect.
