i down loaded avast anti virus ,,i also have avg, and mozilla fire fox ,but when i go to scan with avast ,it doesent start up.. can someone please explain how i do it , do i click on the desk top icon ,or on the little ball with the letter a on it ,been trying all day ,, i allow pop ups but i dont think avg finds anything ,it says clean...... please help ,,,also why is it i cant down load lime wire or ares ,,,,,, get so far than nothing ,,,, snow queen ,,,

First off..........it isnt recommended that you have 2 anti-virus programs running on the same machine..... causes issues...try un-installing avg and and avast and then installing which one you want..By the way, hope it doesnt cure it for you as im an Irish seasoned drinker:beer: :beer: :beer: and you wont be able to afford the drinks tab:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sober up, then remove / uninstall both AVG and AVAST.
Restart. THen install one or the other, NOT both.
Having both installed and running will cause many problems.0 -

Limewire or Ares is likely strictly against board rules to discuss, but it's probably a port forwarding issue.
