i shop at tesco from time to time cause im lazy and it's 2 streets from where i stay....anyway long story short, i had a voucher given at the checkout for 300 extra points if u top up ur mobile by £20... so i did. as there was no bar coad i had to take my receipt to customer services and they did some input and i thought thet was that...anyway 5 weeks later i still havn't had the 300 points and now they tell me its too late cause i should have queried it within 2 weeks NOT A HAPPY BUNNY:mad:

it usually tells you on your receipt what points you have been given - i always check especially when it is extra points - sorry not much use other than that - you could write and complain??The mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.:o

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. I also had this with my 300 points on 02 top-up - no barcode.
When I took it to CS desk, she took my clubcard and added the points manually and gave me a printed receipt to say that 300 points had been added to my account. Receipt showed my clucard number and stated 'points adjustment 300 points'.
Did you get one of these receipts?Your = belongs to you
