creating a merlin pop up..

I don't know how to create a merlin but if you were thinking of putting it on your auction I would seriously reconsider.
It looks cute the first time you see it but now I just exit an auction as soon as I get any pop ups or music. I look at an auction to check the item description and the post and packing charges, I don't check out an auction to see pretty graphics or music.

I'm surprised that you can actually use merlin, I tried to put an amazon style drop window, but it rejected my javascript. Perhaps some of the techy people can explain further, but I do agree that merlin's are pretty annoying.0

Stressedoutmum (love your name BTW) I have tried in vain to find you an auction with a pop up Merlin. Tomorrow when I don't want to find them they will , of course, be on every auction I try and browse!
I'm sure someone will find an auction to show you what we mean. basically though it is a little figure of a wizard (Ie Merlin) that sort of runs round your desktop and often plays a tune as well to distract you from the auction.
