Ryannair online checking- Question please?

I've got some 1p flights (online check-in with no luggage) with Ryannair but as i have never flown with them i'm not sure how the online checking system work...
so for those of you who have experienced it...(or others!) could you tell me if we can check in for both flights at the same time ie going and coming back .. as i'm a bit worried how to check in the return as i will be somewhere in Ireland with no known internet connections....We are going there for 4 days...
Any info/advice would be welcome.
thanks in advance.

With no hold luggage, you can check in online anytime between 5 days and four hours before your scheduled departure time. So if your return flight is less than five days after your outward flight, then you would be able to do both before you leave.

when you check in for the outbound journey you will be automatically checked in for the inbound one at the same time, 2 seperate check n go boarding cards will be printed

the online check in is fab you have no queuing, just go along to departures, they scan the bar code on your boarding pass you have printed off and you are given priority boarding.

ynot2005, I'm not sure that is the case, unless you leave checking in for the first flight until you are also within five days of the return flight.

I'm flying to Glasgow on Friday, returning on Sunday. I checked in online for my outward flight on Monday, and couldn't/wasn't automatically checked in for my return - presumably because online check-in for my return flight wasn't open yet (still 7 days away).

However, as there is nothing to gain from checking in online early, waiting until both flights are within the timescale would be fine. I was just a little over enthusiastic!

Easyjet let you check-in and print both passes WEEKS before your flight.

yes thats right alibongo you checked in too early for it to print your return boarding card

if you travel tomorrow and check in now, and return 2 days later it will print out both boarding cards together automatically

I think that if you're away for more than five days and you fail to find somewhere to check-in online in that time you only have to pay £3/4 euros to check-in at the airport - http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/faqs.php?sect=CHARGES so it's not a great problem.

I wonder what happens if you check-in online and fail to turn up. Does it create havoc?
