I amtrying to locate my pension provider for British Gas again, I even called the HR dept, they have a record of my employer but nothing about a pension plan, would it have been possible to work there without one? I am sure I paid into one. Have tried centrica and Standard \life

When did you work there? Is it possible that you had insufficient service to qualify for actual pension rights, and were offered a refund of your contributions when you left?
