Learner Driver weekly insurance

I've heard that there's a new insurance policy for learner/teenage drivers.

Pay weekly/monthly. Any vehicle up to £20k value/group 15.


I can't find the details anywhere. Do you know anything about this?

    It only applies whilst the learner is driving and is no longer valid once they pass their test.It is backed by Collingwood Insurance who have been around several years but I have no knowledge of their service levels.
