    Hi BJ

You wont lose your entitlement to DLA but you would lose your income support unless it is incapacity benefit(topped up with income support in this case you would lose the income support part), how old is your partner, if 25 or over you could apply for working tax credit, any children? You will be entitled to part housing benefit and council tax benefit due to low earnings.
Depending on average rent in your area and type of accomodation needs to be looked into you should qualify for a large chunk of H.B.
Remember though even though you wont be putting in to the pot as such don't feel inadaquate as any council tax/housing benefit you receive would be your share of your dual income so don't feel as though you're not contributing.
Dont take this as fact but:
There are a couple of disregard of income measures to be assessed like first £10 of earnings and £15.45 if boyfriend works 30 hours+.
Not quite sure if your personal allowance is £92.80 or has the disability premium added to it(£36), so for HB/CTB if these all apply £154.25 would be disregarded leaving you both roughly £110 pw to pay £110 rent and your council tax.

Phone your local authority and get a claim pack for HB/CTB as you might as well fill it in before you move in and make an advance claim so you dont lose any benefit. Someone will be along to tell you more and probably make it look a lot easier. GOOD LUCK!!
Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.
