Seller selling duplicate software

    Simply put.. No its not legal.

    "The discs will be clearly marked as duplicates (allowed under British Copyright Law). By bidding on this item, you authorise the copying of this material on your behalf. "

    This is rubbish, the states (more or less) that backups made be made for personal use IF you own the original discs. You cannot "Authorise" anyone to copy their discs for you. This seller probrably doesn't even own the original himself..
