Has anyone used them, any comments on them? Good and bad.

Ebico is excellent, I was with them for two years but my usage went up when I moved into a bigger place. Ebico actually sell on gas and electricity that is supplied by Southern Electric. Atlantic is a division of Southern Electric - so if you go with either you'll ultimately be supplied and billed by Southern Electric!

EBICO get good reports on this and other sites.

However I had a problem when they transfered my gas in error and had problems contacting them - never answered telephone calls, never returned calls left on answer machine and took days to answer e-mails.

It took 3 months to put thinks right, and then I had to follow up their actions myself.

Their principles on how they do business look good, but 5 months ago they did not appear to have the back up to support good service. Maybe
