What card to go for?

Right my interest free is finishing on 1st sept 2005

I have a HSBC gold card with £950 on it
Also just canceled a egg card (it was in credit of £4 lol)

I want to transfer the balance of the HSBC card to another 0% card.

I will use the card now and then so was thinking of getting halifax card as its 0% for balance transfers and purchases for 12 months. (2% fee tho on BT)

Or there was Virgin card which is 9months 0% on BT but they charge interest on purchases but no fee for BT.

Would i be better off with the halifax card?
If this post helped you Please say thanks :)

Your egg card may have had anniversary benefits. You may have thrown away a super balance transfer card. Try and get egg to change your decision regarding them. Racking up debt on cards is a mistake. You have probably left things a bit late in applying for another card. You may get stung by a months interest before you can transfer to another (approx £14 say). An instant 2% (via halifax) on £1000 is £20. Go with the Virgin deal and 'save' enough to pay it off, in full, just before it is no longer a 0% card.
J_B. (This is not free money! They assume you will 'splurge' and have to pay enormous interest, one day.)

No deal on my egg card anniversary benefits and i know its not free money.

I can pay the debt off each month without a problem just wanted to spread it over time so it puts less of a dent in the pocket thats all

What do you mean no deal? Everyone with an Egg Card gets 0% for 5 months each year for at least the next 2 years.
