I do believe on an income of less than £32k you would be enitled to claim back some childcare costs though. The O.P wouldn't.
Also not sure, but you may also receive some help with WTC.
Dont quote me on that though, but i was reading a thread on here a couple of weeks ago where it said the cut off point was about £32k (joint)
No help with WTC but less than £32k can possibly get help towards childcare costs.0
