Try Ebay, loads on there.
Depends how many you want to buy re money saving though. Generally cheaper in 100s.0 -
I use my old next courier bags inside out - I'm all for recycling - just make sure you cross out any account details.0

poundshops or wilkinsons or on ebay0

Viking are best for jiffy bags, I think free delivery over about £30. For bulky items or clothing I use rubble bags from poundland, 10p each and they are similar to mailing sacks without the an adhesive strip.0

Viking are great for those buying and selling in bulk, but you need to be buying 100's to make it worthwhile.
There are a number of ebay sellers that can give good deals on Jiffy's and mailing bags, but if ordering over a couple of hundred I'd check Viking first as it's rare to find an ebay seller that can beat their prices, especially when they have a buy 2 get one free offer on, which is most of the time!Do You Twitter?
