Somewhere to stop off the M4

Hi, we're planning a trip to pembrokeshire so will be traveling the m4, and I'm looking for a particular place we stopped once before. I'm sure it was off the M4, its a shopping centre type place and it had funfair rides and things like that. It also had at the bottom of it all one of those big shops that sells a bit of everything at realy cheap prices. Does anyone know where I'm talking about?

Sounds like Trago Mills (www.trago.co.uk), but not if you're absolutely sure it was off the M4, as these are all further South.

Interested now, because wherever it is, it sounds good!

Sounds a bit like McArthur Glen, J36 M4. They don't have fairground rides, unless you mean the little kiddie rides.

I've only stopped at Sarn Park (sarn parc) on the M4 near Swansea - Bridgend, with factory outlets and a cinema - I dont recall a funfair.

Just doing some checking and it looks like that it is also known as mcarthur glen as above.

  • It was Trago Mills, must have been on one of our other trips. We're not down that way much these days, but would have been a good place to stop, never mind. We usualy stop in the other one on the way back, fill the car up with bargains! Thanks
