On the main programme a combination of paracetomol, adrenalin and make-up makes me look a lot better than I was. Very very very glad its over and I made it through. Am thoroughly exhausted now!
MartinOr at least try to.
Until later then!0 -
Well done Badger Lady, great feature!
I've registered for my local freecycle group already.
Get well soon MartinThanks for the advice Martin! :money:Member no. 920 - Proud to be dealing with our debts0 -
Hooray! Thank goodness for the repeat... unfortunately none of my family can watch it because they live in France
Never mind...
Thanks also to my blonde friend who was (very briefly!) filmed coming to my front door to pick up a phone :rotfl:. And, of course, to my cat Tufter, who modelled the scratching post beautifully!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Badger-think you were a great advert for freecycle. I know my friends find it mad that I get free items from local strangers!
OH, a non MSEr, watched with me-his first time. He enjoyed it as a whole, but felt there were too many hand gesturesand wanted to see the Tre section extended as it always shocks him just how much one person can save in so short a time.
And I also enjoyed Martin and Lara sitting in a tree...
Hope they don't make a note on Lara's details though. Just picture it next year as she tries to batter her costs...
hello. give me a cheaper deal please.
***evil laugh from company*** you've been on national tv stating you have to keep us as your provider, goodbye. :rotfl:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Would the Vyke thing work with PAYG, as at present my texts are 12p each, so my £5 would probably last two years!
I used Vyke on T-mobile - cost me 1p a text from vyke and 2p a text data useage from T-mobile before my current problems.
It will not work since I finished free trial and paid £10 top up to Vyke + £4 downloading updates - they are ignoring my requests for refund and Moneysavingexpert are still recommending Vyke despite my email warning them of my concerns.
I trusted Martin Lewis and feel very let down!:mad:0 -
To use Vyke Mobile Pro, your phone must support WMA.
Your phone must be configured for using mobile data connection.
To access your phones address book your phone must support PIM.
Some phones might require special configuration to have a Java program work with mobile Internet, please refer to your phone's user manual
If your mobile phone does not support Vyke Mobile Pro, try Vyke Mobile Lite
For more detailed instructions on how to set up your phone to use Vyke Mobile, please click here to learn more.

Great episode.
I'm currently using free credit from Virgin mobile, ended up with 5 sims with £5 on each one but most of the time I text whilst on the laptop so I'll now be using the free online texts to do it which will save my free credit :T
Tempted to go for a cashback deal on a contract phone. I finished on one last year with Carphone Warehouse, only 99p per month for 12 months with a free phone and I think it was 200 mins and 200 texts (max of 200 texts rollover each month too). Haven't found one as good since.0 -
FREECYCLING; Well done Badger_Lady! Freecycling is GREAT! I would hate anyone to be put off by the amount of mail in your inbox they were talking about- you can change your settings to only getting a weekly update or no mail at all-and just go to the site to have a look.0

It was the only "downside" we could think of, and it had to be a "balanced report" . I think it's fairly obvious, though, that the upsides outweigh the downs...Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
