Pip pip chaps & chapesses,
my turn for some advice, I'm going away for an extended period (& no not to chokey) - at least 40 days, probably 60.
Apart from letting my LL know is there anything else I should do? I don't have any contents insurance - I don't have anything that valuable, my LL doesn't have an inventory  & it would cost a fortune due to the long business trips I have.
toodles

"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.

TA -LL has been promising me a new bathroom so with a bit luck he'll do it then. Might put a block on the phone though."Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
