Bad couponing experience in Waitrose.

tedious i know but i always lift each egg out of its cup (bad luck if you buy 16 a go but its got to be down) as sometimes there not cracked but mustve been packed with another cracked eggs smeg on it making it glue to the container.

Just sent an email to Waitrose CS asking for clarification on their coupon policy and here is what I have back -

Thank you for your e-mail.

Waitrose accept suppliers' coupons for any product which we sell, including Waitrose Food Illustrated coupons, whether or not you are purchasing the item for which the coupon was issued. However, at branch discretion cashiers may accept any quantity of coupons provided that the coupons are valid.

Thank you again for your e-mail and for giving us the opportunity to clarify our position.
