My husband uses his tomtom one in London, no problems.

Navman works 200% better with the roof/magnetic aerial too.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

I think they mean the bottom of the screen in the middle!
Not sure what car you have but if its got an 'athermic windscreen' it will adversely affect the signal.0 -
Having tried or been in most cars fitted with either OEM satnav or after market stuff I have to say that regardless of operational effectiveness all windscreen mounted units are either blanked by daylight, or glaring at night, but inparticular are near useless on a nice summers drive?
