Fancy a day at the races? Well, forget about an afternoon at Aintree, we’ve got something far more exciting up our sleeves. We’ve teamed up with Bulleit Bourbon to offer one lucky reader and a mate the chance to spend a day at Churchill Downs in Louisville for the world-famous Kentucky Derby.

This annual event is one of the highlights of the US sporting calendar and has been hailed the most ‘electric two minutes in sport’. Unsurprisingly, tickets are hard to come by, but we’ve got two grandstand seats for this year’s Derby on 3 May so you won’t miss a minute of the action. After that you can chill out at a top-notch hotel where we’ve arranged a four-night stay. And, as if that wasn’t enough, we’re also throwing in the hire of a car, so you can explore all that Louisville has to offer – just remember not to drink and drive.

As well as letting one reader experience the excitement of Kentucky’s races, we’re also offering five runners up the opportunity to get a taste for Kentucky’s other great export, bourbon. Inspired by the pioneering recipe, created by Augustus Bulleit in the 1830s Bulleit Bourbon has an award-winning, distinctive smoky smooth taste.

It’s already proving popular with UK bartenders, but if you want to give your taste buds a treat at home, you can pick up a bottle from your local retailer. Or you could give our competition a go – who knows, you could end up enjoying a glass in Kentucky.

To win this fantastic trip to Kentucky, or one of five bottles of Bulleit Bourbon, just answer the question below.

Louisville is in which US state?

Answer: Kentucky

Good Luck :D
