in Credit cards
Hi guys completely new to this so forgive me if this question has already been answered; I was charged £12 by my cc provider for late payment. The statement said i had to pay by Mar 3, i left sufficient funds in my bank on Feb 29 andaccording to recent statement payment was taken out on Mar 4, im really annoyed at this and concerned this will effect my credit rating as im very consistant in paying my debts on time especially as in the next couple of months my mortgage deal ends and im concerned this will affect any deal im looking...any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

If they took the direct debit late then you're not responsible for that.
You were paying by direct debit and not a standing order or a bill payment that you initiated I assume?"A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
This has happen to DH and I a couple of times, but when we've phoned CC company to complain they've cancelled the charge0
