Overdraft shifring onto Credit Card?

I am a bit lost, I have around £550 sitting on an overdraft that I can't shift and it's costing me no fees but interest on my planned overdraft. I want to shift it onto a credit card to get access to the 0% deals PLUS watch it reduce as I deliberately pay it off seperate to where all the rest of my money is. Also being seperate will help to ensure I don't continue to waste my other money as all I see is an OD balance. I don't think this is inlcuded in a cash purchase deal or a balance transfer deal and can't find anything on credit card advertisements to clarify. Anyone got any tips?

There are some creditcards that do a super balance transfer
ie they allow you to transfer to a credit cards or current account. Then you can pay off the overdraft with the money now in your current account.
I know that Virgin do SBT but not too sure who else.
