only a pony - horrendous customer service

I am absolutely fuming!!!!! Recently after going a kelkoo search I found a site - only a pony who were selling two nails inc boxsets for very good prices. There was a £35 one and a £15 set, plus the postage was £4.95. I checked on here and they had received some good feedback, so I ordered the £35 one. I also posted the deal on a thread on here.
When my item arrived thay had sent the £15 set instead of the £35 set. I emailed them, they instructed me to send the wrong item back (they would pay the postage which came to £2.92) and send me my order. I checked their website and they were out of stock of both but I thought I would see what happened.
I received an email about a week later saying that they couldn't send me my item as they were out of stock - surprise suprise! They refunded my £2.92 delivery and the £35, BUT said they would not refund my original postage of £4.95. Well, I am fuming, due to an error by them I am out of pocket by £4.95!!! I have sent them a rude email today stating that this is most unfair and I deserve some sort of recompense as it was their mistake, so I will wait and see what happens.
I just had to get that off my chest, I am so cross!
