Switching to Atlantic
Options
I am currently with Scottish Power.
I have tried moneysupermarket.com which comes up with Atlantic as the cheapest one to switch to based on being a high user spending £574.83 on Electric and £954.59 on Gas a year.
The thing is my actual usage is the other way around ~ since 6.3.07 we have spent
£703.18 Electric
£458.54 Gas
Will this have any baring on the actual savings I should make?

Im just going through this process too Lynn, I'd suggest running your figures through Uswich and EnergyHelpline just to compare results. Atlantic is coming top for me too but Martin warns in his article that Atlantic and other scottish suppliers are yet to raise their prices. Last think you or I want to do is sign up for Atlantic only to have them raise their prices soon after.
Npower is my next best option, but I've read bad reviews about them so I think Im going to hold fire for now.

I was looking at Atlantic and VERY pleased that I got Martins Email about them not yet rising their prices!
Looking at Ebico instead now!0 -
I forgot about Martin's email.
I checked USwitch which recommends nPower and EnergyHelpLine suggests Atlantic.
I think I will wait a little bit longer.

Same for me then Lynn, Im weary of npowers customer reviews though and its the only company that Ive had a guy knock at the door to try and hard sell to me on my doorstep, when I said no I got a few names called to me under his breath aswell.
Lets see what Atlantic do end of this month.Titch0
