Prestige Upright Freezer Broken Down 11 Weeks Old

Hi, bought a prestige upright freezer in the Jan sales 11 weeks old, not working the repair man came yesterday and said the circuit board has gone, need another one, will order it for up to 2 weeks, fair enough,my question is what are my rights to insist on a whole new freezer, rather than a repair job 11 weeks down the line? I mean if it only lasts 11 weeks:eek:
