How much can I expect to save in electricity and gas?
There are two of them and when they go, so will the 3 foot heated tropical fish tank one of them has, and I will switch off the small chest freezer as I won't need it any more.
Plus there is the obvious part that they won't be there, but not sure if that changes much as the tv etc will still be used.

300 kwh for the freezer and max 200 kwh for the tank....£50 estimate, and more if you shut off the radiators in the previously occupied room/s and if you live solo you can apply for council tax rebate again.0

Thank you very much for that. Do you mean £50 a month?!
I only pay £45 a month for gas and £32 for electric at the moment, but I am guessing that I will owing the gas/electricity company some money on those figures.
One of the rooms will be used as a nursery, so thinking the heating bill might be going up again come October!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Cheers for that. Hoping for some kind of saving once they go. Not sure why we let him have in the first place, it's not like he looks after it!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
