The ORs word is not gospel. (luckily for us all!) There are guidelines they should adhere to and you can appeal any decision they make. There are rules covering items used for business use I would recommend checking out the insolvency website and getting it from the "horses mouth" so to speak.
Without a PC he cannot work. Without a job he is on benefits. Whilst on benefits he cannot pay an IPA so the OR and creditors would get nothing at all. But yep - that OR was a little over zealous and humanity lessons are certainly required!0 -

Glad you got a result on this.Life is like a game of Snakes & Ladders, i almost made it to the top but now i'm at the bottom again and its a very long ladder to the top. I had it all and now its gone :eek:
