It explains how to playback videos on YouTube with higher quality.
I have tried it with a couple of videos that I had previously uploaded and it works better by adding the &fmt=6 string, and really better with the &fmt=18 string.

If you register for an account at YouTube and login there's options under your account settings to change quality:
- Choose my video quality dynamically based on the current connection speed.
- I have a slow connection. Never play higher-quality video.
- I have a fast connection. Always play higher-quality video when it's available.
