Changing a Tyre (different problem)
Comments
-
i have had a problem getting a wheel off a car due to a flat. in my case it was a tyer that had been replaced the day before, as both frount tyres were bold and i had them changed as i was going on a 200 mile journey. 20 mile from home it became apparent that the drivers frount tyre was flat - compleatly - i pulled over and attempted to change it on the moterway hard shoulder. after an hour i had attracted the moterway police - as i could not get the wheel nuts off - weak and feable women i thought - but nor could the policemen who had to call for backup!! eventually a van with equiptment turned up and changed to my spare. i spent 2 hours on the hard shoulder (too close to some high spped lorrys for comfort) on returning home i took the tyre back too the garage to be told the problem was it wasn't sealed properley!! but the point is i could not get the wheelenuts off after they had been machined on nor could two poilcemen collectively!!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0
