Changing a Tyre (different problem)

i have had a problem getting a wheel off a car due to a flat. in my case it was a tyer that had been replaced the day before, as both frount tyres were bold and i had them changed as i was going on a 200 mile journey. 20 mile from home it became apparent that the drivers frount tyre was flat - compleatly - i pulled over and attempted to change it on the moterway hard shoulder. after an hour i had attracted the moterway police - as i could not get the wheel nuts off - weak and feable women i thought - but nor could the policemen who had to call for backup!! eventually a van with equiptment turned up and changed to my spare. i spent 2 hours on the hard shoulder (too close to some high spped lorrys for comfort) on returning home i took the tyre back too the garage to be told the problem was it wasn't sealed properley!! but the point is i could not get the wheelenuts off after they had been machined on nor could two poilcemen collectively!!
