tax credits smp and....

had my second child recently, tax credits are aware and have updated my claim. however as i wont know untill march april my income for tax yr my claim is based on my salary.

march sees my income halved, which coincidently is equal to smp.
2 months out of the 9 months on half pay i will get a bonus.

so from work i expect to get 452 for 6/7 months. will my tax credits increase ? how is it worked out?
for those months or will they decrease. i may have to return early to work.

i currently get both work and child tax credits which were decreased but has increased slightly with new born.

any good advice comments welcomed
