Unconfirmed address help!

Hi. Have just sold something on E-bay for over £40 to a buyer will less than 20 feedback, the last one being a negative for not paying. Despite me clearly stating in the auction that I would not post to an unconfirmed address he has paid by Paypal.....with an unconfirmed address. Normally, I post out low value items so am not all that bothered about using unconfirmed addresses, but my alarm bells are ringing.

Have e-mailed him to say that I will not post to him unless his address is confirmed, but what do I do next if he refuses or ignores the request? Amazingly he has already left me feedback for quick delivery

Don't post it! Refund the payment and then file an unpaid (stating unconfirmed address as the reason). Then when you get the fees refunded send a second chance to the next highest bidder (unless the original buyer comes back with a confirmed payment of course).
I've just sold something for £40. I have the same conditions on my listings. Postage is £13 (quite a heavy item) to UK only, but the buyer is in Ireland with 0 feedback. Item is going to cost nearly £35 to Ireland! Emailed to see if he wants to pay... if he isn't verified on paypal I'm not sending it though
