:mad: TESCO DIRECT CANCELLED ORDER OF 2 LEATHER SOFAS THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY WHEN I HAD ALREADY GOT RID OF MY OWN SOFAS AND THEN HAD CHEEK TO OFFER £4.95 DELIVERY CHARGE AS COMPENSATION.
ORDERED 1 MARCH
DELIVERY DATE 19 MARCH CANCELLED BY TESCO 5pm 18 MARCH
ANY ADVICE . TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER REFUNDING 4.95 :mad:

    Have they got a customer line you can contact? Might be worth calling them to find out what happened and arrange compensation / a new suite!
