Capital One Platinum- Additional Cardholder?

I have had a Cap One CC since January.

When I did my application online, I requested an additional card for my husband.

It didn't arrive with mine, so rang to question it, told it was on it's way.

After much too-ing and fro-ing, I have still not received the card for my husband, they say they keep re-ordering it but it never arrives.

Have spoken to them several times but to no avail, wrote to them and got a response saying they were experiencing delays but no indication when he might get his card.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Threatend to close my account and was given a £15 credit to my account but all I want is the card for my husband....
