Help with Washing machine........No Really!!!!

Hi All,
I know its a long shot but i was hoping there might be somebody out there who may be able to help me.
We have a Tricity Bendix AW 1400 W washing machine.
Last night we put it onto a wash cycle and it started beeping at me. I drained the machine manually and unscrewed the cap and out came a sock, 2pence and a zip as well as lots of fluff.
Ever since, when you put it onto any cycle, it just does nothing for 5 mins then it beeps 5 times and the end light also flashes 5 times repeatidly. I cant do anything with it. I dont have a manual for the machine but i have looked online and it only has explaination for 1, 2 & 4 beeps.
Does anyone have any ideas before i have to go an buy a new one?

But it only mentions the following.
• 4 flashes / 4 beeps = door open• 1 flash / 1 beep = there is no water filling
• 2 flashes / 2 beeps = the water is not drained
