M&S &More Credit Card - Balance Transfer Problem

Have any existing &More cardholders had difficulty transferring a balance since their initial balance transfer at the rate 3.9%? I rang to transfer the debt off another card to be told they weren't offering balance transfers to any of their customers at this time. Does anyone know if this is common with credit card companies?

Several people have reported having problems, with M&S refusing to accept BT's even at their standard rates of interest...which I assume is what you were wanting to do since your 3.9% rate for new transfers expired long ago?

M&S told me last year they were actually planning to pull out of the BT market altogether.

I was going to check if BT's would still be at the 3.9%. Just basically looking to shift my debts to the lowest rate I currently have. The M&S Money site still advertises their &MORE card with the balance transfer option.

"Fee free balance transfers at just 7.9% p.a. for 2 years from date of transfer (on balances transferred within 6 months of account opening)"
