Get refund on 15 minute london underground delays!

This is my first ever post so I hope it's in the right place!
I just wanted to make people aware that if they suffer a 15 minute or more delay on the underground, they are entitled to claim their money back. London Underground will give you a voucher to the equivalent value of the full cash fare, so you actually make money on the trip if you have used Oyster!

If like me you are a commuter, you could stand to make a lot of money back from this! Please spread the word, Tfl are really crafty and keep this form in some really random part of their website where hardly anyone comes across it. Don't let them get away with it!
