boilermate question

Hi, i'm new to this forum but was told someone might know the answer to my question. I have a new home that has a boilermate in it. We were originally told by the fitters that the bathroom towel heaters run independantly and not via the timer etc on the boiler mate. We were told that to turn them off we had to do it manually. This didn't seem right but you take their word for it as experts. We recently had our electric bill in which was shocking to say the least and the only thing we could put it down to was the boiler. Is it true that the bathroom towel heaters run independantly?

You can't i'm afraid... you could message a board guide to do it for you... but for simplicities sake I would just start a new thread in the forum I linked to above (cut and paste the text of your original post to make it really simple)... HTH:D0
