Great stuff. Obviously I missed the great big flashing banner. Have you received an offer through then? I'm interested in the timescales. Am currently awaiting an answer from Direct Line although alternatives are needed if they say for some unknown reason!

For me, over the course of the 5 years that would be an exta 1,250 pounds. Of course, if you are ERCing then you're looking at some lesser time, but it is 250 pounds a year for me on a mortgage of 250K.

What I am saying is I didn't know about this mortgage till yesterday, thanks to your good self. I paid my booking fee for FD last Friday so it came too late for me.

As an aside, FD is no good for me as I need to have the Consent to Let possibility.
