Xbox 360 can I return it if I dfont use it but the box is opened? With a good reason

    If memory serves the retailer should pay the return postage and they can't charge a restocking fee unless the item was special order.

    I got mine from PC World a few months back . The new Arcades have either a Benq or Hitachi drive. I wanted the Benq drive for obvious reasons. Told sales asst that it was for my wee son and "think" it was this one he wanted, but if it was a different version when I gave it to him, could I change it. He said no problem so long as it was in a "as new" condition. Took it home, opened it and seen the Benq drive. Son very pleased.The new Arcades have the new chip in them making them less error prone apparently.
