The sixth season of the multi-award-winning and consistently excellent The Shield is available to buy as a three-disc DVD box set from 24th March 2008, courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
It's all about fallout as Season 6 gets underway, with accusations and insults flying as much as the bullets. With the future of the team once more in doubt, Season 6 continues with the blistering pace set in Season 5 and fans will no doubt be left begging for more.
Oscar-winner FOREST WHITAKER (The Last King Of Scotland) returns in his guest role as the uptight and tormented Internal Affairs officer, Detective John Kavanaugh, whilst MICHAEL CHIKLIS (Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer) continues to shine in the role of Vic Mackey, the central force behind The Barn, the special and utterly corrupt LAPD Strike Team.
