Can anyone help with this
Had my Feb statement stating my balance, minimum payment etc. Only date is 'minimum payment due by 09 March'
I paid the minimum which was credited to my account on 25 Feb. In the meantime I found the money to pay the account in full and sent off full payment (not deducting the minimum - my mistake) which was credited to my account on 28 Feb. This makes my account in credit by £50 since 28 Feb.
So I had paid not only the minimum before the due date but ALSO the full balance!!!
I've now got March statement and they've charged me £17.52 interest!!!
Is that right???
Thanks guys

Had any of the balance been carried over from a previous month? If so, then you have been charged the residual interest on that, from your statement date, upto the date that your payment of the full balance hit your account (28th Feb).0
