did u use one code and then ring and verbally use another for the same order??

Just ordered my shopping for delivery tomorrow, entered the code for £15 off XX73MN,
but it didnt appear to take it off the bill.
Rang customer service who said it's not a problem, ring tomorrow after delivery, and she will add £15 back to my credit card. Hope they will, fingers crossed. :T

They emailed it to me, I haven't used it yet, its banked, I have just put an order through for the £15 voucher that expires tomorrow.
