combined extractor fan and spot light

Hi all I am currently getting my bathroom done and am looking at extractor fans. My builder has recommended a spot light which has a extractor fitted behind it, pulling up the steam and out the roof.
I can not seem to find this item anywhere and was wondering, has anyone else used/seen this product before?, and secondly could you point me in the correct direction please, thanks.
