From what I can work out, the vouchers are given to people who did spend a lot on buying, but have not done much recently. Before Christmas I spent about £1000 on one account, and not touched it since - that earned me a £15 coupon.
A friend who was buying for business, but has now started trading direct with the seller, was given £50!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
