Footman James car insurance

I took out car insurance with Footman James in December, mainly because they were £50 cheaper than anyone else! I recently received a customer feedback form, and commented that although I was generally happy, it was annoying them only having an 0845 number, as it wasn't a free number when calling from my mobile (the only phone I had when setting up the insurance). I've just had a personal letter from them letting me know an alternative 0121 number for their customer service department. I'm amazed and very happy that they bothered to read the customer feedback forms, and did something about it. :T

Just for future reference you could have used Saynoto0870 to search for a geographical number. You can use this for all companies, however there genuity could be questionable.

Except Footman James aren't on saynoto0870. Care to share what the 0121 number is please? TIA
